Jennifer LeBlanc Warren is a proud native of Houston, Texas with a heart for service. She earned a BFA from the University of Houston and spent 17 years building a successful career in finance before stepping away to focus on raising her three sons. Through her husband’s global career, Jennifer and her family have lived in Houston, Chicago, and Virginia. Each move expanded her world and strengthened her belief that wherever you land, you can and should make a difference.
Jennifer has served in leadership roles for several organizations, including Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and The Twelve Days of Christmas, Inc., where she held positions such as President, Treasurer, and Financial Secretary. Whether she’s leading a board, chairing a fundraiser, or simply working behind the scenes, Jennifer brings unmatched dedication, strong organizational skills, and a deep commitment to helping others.
Jennifer’s love for Jamaica began by falling in love with a Jamaican, and grew into a love for the people, the culture, and the island itself. After purchasing her home in Tryall in 2023, Jennifer learned of The Tryall Fund and its mission. She quickly volunteered as a Scholarship Reader and later became involved with Taste of Tryall, helping to strengthen fundraising efforts. Jennifer believes wholeheartedly in the principle: “To whom much is given, much is expected.” She strives to live that belief daily by giving her time, energy, and experience to ensure that underserved communities have access to opportunity, support, and hope.
