Eileen Maginnis holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. She spent more than 20 years in project management and leadership positions across a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, construction, logistics, and aerospace, with a focus on project planning, cost control, and resource management.
Throughout her engineering career, Eileen worked with leading-edge technology and software systems to manage complex projects. She later founded ABC Fulfillment, a third-party logistics and e-commerce fulfillment company specializing in broadcast retail and “flash sale” fulfillment for programs like NBCUniversal’s Today Show Steals and Deals, Good Morning America Deals & Steals, the Hallmark Channel, and QVC. After successfully selling ABC Fulfillment, Eileen founded Dog House Pearls, an online luxury pearl boutique that she actively operates with her daughter.
In addition to her professional career, Eileen is passionate about nonprofit work. She previously served as a Board Member of the Ambler Community Cupboard and as Vice President of the LaSalle Academy Board, which serves children experiencing adversity in Center City Philadelphia. She currently serves on the Tryall Fund Board as Assistant Treasurer and is also a member of the organization’s Development Committee. When she’s not spending time at Tryall, Eileen lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband, Tony, and enjoys spending time with her family – most especially her six young grandchildren.
