Cristina Costantini is a seasoned senior executive with more than 30 years of experience leading consumer brands through growth, transformation, and operational change. A New York University graduate with a degree in Finance and International Business, she has built her career partnering with founder-led organizations to unlock their potential — bringing strategic clarity, financial discipline, and strong team leadership to every stage of growth.
Currently COO of Care + Wear, Cristina has held senior executive roles at Kipling/VF Corp, The Children's Place, The Gap, and Aerosoles, where she led large cross-functional teams, guided enterprise-wide transformations, and built collaborative cultures that delivered lasting results. Across her career she has carried full P&L responsibility for organizations exceeding $1.6B in revenue.
Her leadership style centers on developing people, driving results, forging strong partnerships, and aligning organizations around a shared vision — skills she brings equally to her work in the nonprofit world.
Cristina has a long history of giving back to the community. She has previously served as Interim COO of World Hunger Team, on the Broadway Community Board, and has led board searches for the Catholic Mission Board and Genesis Joy House. In New York, she has been an active volunteer in her children's schools and President of her cooperative board. She also mentors emerging leaders through the XRC Incubator, Year Up, and the NEXT Executive Women's Network.
Jamaica holds a special place in Cristina's heart. Her family has been members at Tryall since 1969, her mother made Jamaica her home, and Cristina has spent a significant part of her life on the island — developing a deep love for its people, culture, and community. That personal connection is what drew her to the Tryall Fund and continues to fuel her commitment to its mission. An avid equestrian and competitive backgammon player, she divides her time between New York City and Jamaica.
